The facility people at Motor City Electric in Detroit, MI worked with the sales & design team at Par-Kut International to configure this custom 12’8″ x 16′ guard house. This built to order security building includes a distinctive standing seam hip style metal roof, gutters, windows with decorative mullions and bronze tinted insulated glass, a hinged steel door, and ADA compliant restroom, pre-wired electrical outlets, phone/data jacks, a split pack HVAC unit, 2 side sliding communication windows, built in 30″ deep counter-top, and of course factory welded insulated steel construction.
