This guard booth, security building or guard building includes: 23” canopy on three sides, sliding steel door, Solarban Low E insulated safety glazing, a walk under 6’ long overhang on the 4th side, lifting rings, 6 duplex outlets, wall mounted heater, split pack A/C unit, two sliding windows, NEC compliant wiring to wall mounted CB box, and LED floodlights.
